I _______________________________ hereby allow my child to participate in the Delhi International Football League (DIFL) practice sessions and football games for the DIFL Season 2011-12 at my own risk.  I am aware that there is no insurance coverage provided by DIFL and that my child will be covered only under my own insurance.  I will not hold DIFL or any of its organizers or volunteers liable for any injury sustained because of participation in the activities of DIFL.
